Shelled pecans can be frozen for 2+ years.
Farm-Cracked:
Farm Cracked pecans can be stored in your refrigerator for up to 6 months.
Farm Cracked pecans can be frozen for 2+ years. We recommend you fully shell your farm cracked pecans before you freeze them.
In-Shell Pecans:
In-shell pecans can be stored in your refrigerator for up to 6 months.
In-shell pecans can be frozen for 2+ years.
Pecan Flour/Meal:
Pecan Flour can be refrigerated for 9 months and frozen for up to 2 years. It can be thawed and refrozen repeatedly.
Storage Containers:
Airtight containers such as jars with lids are best for storing pecans in the refrigerator. Sealed plastic bags are best for storing pecans in the freezer.
